Told You So

Well I told you it'd be a while before I wrote here again. I've been pretty busy. But Grandma Owen made me feel guilty so I had to do a quick one. So here it is.

I'm getting used to this online school and after a while it's not so bad. Though I have an 8-15 page paper to right.

I'm also taking "Foods and Nutrition" at the middle school along with Seminary. I'm glad I don't have to take seminary at home or online. I need at least a little social life. Haha. And in Foods class i get to cook! Not that I need the practice.

In case you were wondering what that picture on the right was...its me. LOL. We had crazy hair day at my online school and not to brag or anything...but I think mine was the best. I might have over done it a little ...but I don't think anybody else was very creative. No offense to anybody who happens to go to OHSU

I also cut my hair! And the best part is I can still put it in a pony or bun or whatever. And it look cute when I leave it wavy...I think.

I'll be 15 in about a little more than a month. Scary! But then it's Christmas!! Woohoo!! I'm excited for a long break from school. But no. I have to wait for Thanksgiving first. Not that that's so bad either.

Well. I believe that brings me up to date. Once again, it'll probably be a while before I update again.

Life...is good :) PART 2

Well, as I promised, here is the rest of my life.
How about I go from least important to most.

I cut my Bangs! I like them. Sometimes they get in the way. But for the most part I like them and
am glad I cut them. Here's a Picture. Do they look okay?

Puppies are doing pretty good. We only have two left! One blue and one silver. They are bigger now than they are in the picture. But they're still cute.

The Farm or whatever you want to call it is also keeping me busy. We have somewhere around 50 rabbits, 2 cats, 2 puppies and 1 dog. That's just the animals. We also have to pick blackberries (which by the way I picked 13 pounds today and only got halfway done!), and Goji Berries. And don't forget weeding. That's always fun. Oh and don't forget the big lawn I have to mow. We had a big lawn in the first place but then Grandma's house got some grass and now I have a big lawn to mow. I usually end up doing it in two days. Plus all the other random jobs that keep us busy.

School! Well this year for school I will be going to public school. But only for part time. I will do Seminary, Choir, and Food Nutrition...something like that. But all the required classes I get to do at home! On a laptop! That's mine! Yep. I get my own laptop. The school provides it so there's no issue with the programs and stuff. Here's some proof if you don't believe me.

Oh and I have to give a talk this Sunday so I think I'll stop writing. (Or typing). Thanks for reading. :)

Life...is good :) PART 1

Well. Sorry I haven't updated in a while. But I've been busy. And its not an excuse either. I'll give you proof and just tell you the last month of my life.

To start off, I had girls camp. It was a blast! We had it up at a girls home in Mantua. Some people didn't like it because we weren't sleeping in tents. And I was one of those girls. But I also didn't care because we had flush-able toilets, a really fun water day, and lots of other stuff that you don't get when you go real camping. So there's that.

Then the day after I got home from girls camp, we went to a family reunion up in Afton, Wyoming. No time to write about girls camp there. And the family reunion was so fun! We had lots of games watched movies 'till 2:00am and water fun.
We also made a short video about Mom's and Dad's life from when the met each other up until we moved to Perry, while they were gone. (They had to go back to Perry for a wedding one day of the reunion.) It was pretty funny making the video because at one point I was Mom and Matthew was Dad. And we had really funny scenes. That about sums it up for the reunion.

Then the Monday after we got home I had E.F.Y. for the rest of the week. It was AMAZING!! I had the best time, felt the spirit a lot, and made a lot of friends. I am even going through with drawl because I miss my friends. But there is a reunion for it this Saturday. Hopefully I'll be able to go to that.

And then Rachel (my sister), had her beautiful baby girl. I haven't seen her in person yet but Mom went up and help her for a few days. Which is another I would write about it here's the link to Rach's blog. http://gosslovin.blogspot.com/

So there goes three weeks. Plus you add my procrastination. Makes up however long I haven't done this.

But now that I'm caught up, I'll tell you about the rest of life. Later :) and don't worry. I will do it tonight.

Oh yeah. Sorry I don't have any pictures. I will have a couple pictures later. Plus I didn't have a digital camera at girls camp or efy so I'm still waiting for film.

Puppies!!...Finally!

Okay. Sorry it took me so long to this up. I have been really busy this last month. But anyway here are some pics of the pups. Cute! You need to come see them!! All those who live in Arizona and Florida and are coming for the family reunoin (Jared, Laura, Alan and Robin) don't worry I think they'll still be here by the family reunion.

All of the Random, Funny, Experiences on the Trek

OK. The first funny thing that happened to me was that we got into camp and started preparing our dinner (which by the way did not have enough flavor to it). And the First Aid lady walks by and asks if got the bag of candy that was in our bucket for dessert for dinner. We did and said yes. She said to eat one to keep up our blood sugar and keep us going. That is the first and probably the last time anyone will ask me to eat my dessert first, then dinner. But that's not the funny part. I was sucking on a mint and this kid named Alex made me laugh which made me spit out my mint into someone elses stew!! I looked at for a second and Alex is like, "now look what you did!" So I started taking it out and Alex says to stir it in and starts stirring it in!! No! I finally got it out. I think Steven(that was his name) might have tasted some mint but he didn't say anything.

The next funny thing is that on the way down from the steep muddy hill, the bottom of my shoe started coming off. You know. The part that helps me not slip and keep a grip on the ground. Anyway it started flipping around. After about 15 feet it just came off. Now its lost forever. But I'm kind of glad it came off. It gave me an excuse to get good running shoes. Here's a picture.

The next funny thing is that the night it rained I was sleeping and my retainer came out somehow. I wasn't very happy 'cause I new I would get in trouble for something totally accidental. But when they brought back the sleeping bags they had my retainer in a little baggy. And when I told my mom about this she stood there waiting for me to say the "but they found it" part. It should interesting seeing my orthodontists face when I tell him I lost it. And then a minute later tell him I found it.

I think that's all. I know these stories probably weren't even funny to you. But I had to tell them somehow.
Oh and sorry about the last post that it was so long. I didn't think about doing a part 1 and a part 2 'till after I had published it.

Hopefully I will write about the puppies in a couple days 'cause their eyes are opened. :)
