Florida!!
So I'm sitting here on my couch-bed at 12:30am(florida time) in Jared and Laura's house and writing this post. I was actually waiting for everybody to get out of my "bedroom" because they were all talking. So I turned on my computer, thinking that they wouldn't leave very soon and they ended up leaving before the computer was 100% on. But why let it go to waste, right? (they left because I was starting to set up my bed....hehehehehe)
Anyway....Florida is awesome!! It was really hot and muggy when we got here but we either got used to it or it cooled down. But we went to some really cool places.
We went to the everglade Alligator farm. That was pretty awesome. I took some good pictures, but like before, I can't find my cord to transfer the pictures. We learned some amazing things. We took an air boat ride and it was loud! Even with the plugs on! At one point when we were going really fast I tried to ask Alex if he was having fun-I couldn't even hear myself! (I'm sorry I ramble on...even on the computer).
We also went that same day to Coral Castle. It was so extraordinary and amazing. This guy named Edward Leedskalnin, who by the way was 5 feet tall and weighed 100 lbs(around there), moved HUGE blocks of coral - don't know where from - to where it is now. Not only did he move them BY himself, but he carved them too. He made a lot of amazing things. He had chairs, beds, rocking chairs, a REALLY small bathtub, and More! He carved Mars, Saturn and the moon. He carved a little crib for a baby, and tables. That's not all, but I won't go on. Pictures later!
The beach was awesome and SO much fun...till we had to leave because cleaning up was horrible. But the water was the perfect temperature, hardly any waves - not good for boogyboarding, but excellent for kids and swimming. We got buried in sand and and made sand castles. I found a really cool see shell. There were several schools of fish which was fascinating to see. I tried to catch one...didn't work out so well. They're fast!!
And the reason I'm able to do all these amazing things is because I have Open High School of Utah. It's an online charter school. Mom was able to call in and we requested that I have no deadlines for the trip at all. They said that was fine and Wha la! that's why I can write this...not that anybody reads this anyway.
That's all for now! Can you believe I'm actually caught up?...I take that back. I still have to put pictures on.

Nauvoo!!
Hello! I know that, as usual, its been a long time. But as usual, I've been busy. In fact I wouldn't even be writing on here if the stupid internet would connect. (I'm writing this in word and then copying and pasting).
But enough of that! I'm in Nauvoo!! It is SOOO amazing! We arrived Thursday night and are leaving Monday I think. There's so much to talk about.
We went to what they call Old Nauvoo. They have all these buildings that would look just like the originals and they would give us tours of each building. We saw the post office, John Taylor's home, and the printing office. It is so amazing how they lived! We think we have everything with all our wonderful technology, but they thought of Everything!!! Aaand there are so many connections to sayings and words I did realize originated from them. Do you know why they are called "upper case" and "lower case" letters? Because the printer had the big letters in the upper case and the little letters in the lower case!
But in summary Nuavoo is amazing! My next post will be from Florida.
Well thats all for now. I would give pictures but I don't have the cord for my camera at the moment. I'll have to post pictures later.
P.S. This post was written a week ago and just now being posted.

Home from camp early
No, I'm not home because I did something bad or anything like that. I'm sick, ugh. I've had a cough for a couple weeks and then on Sunday I was cold at church and came home cold and was cold all day. Cold! In my house! But I got up Monday and felt fine so I worked in the back till lunch and then I was cold again. Girls Camp was the next day so I was kind of worried that I wouldn't be able to go. But I woke up Tuesday feeling fine. I was fine up at camp too 'till they started playing games out in the sun. So I went back and tried to sleep in my tent and the leader saw me asked what was wrong. And I told her. Which resulted in the nurse coming to see me. The thermometer read my temperature as 104.2. So they took me home which was probably the worst car ride ever because of the bumpiest dirt road ever. When I got home my temperature was supposedly 102....something. So I went to sleep, then woke up, ate, took a shower, then went back to sleep at 8:00. I then woke up at 12:00am and then 1:00, then 2:00, then I couldn't go back to sleep so I watched the movie "Beethoven." After that I went back to sleep and slept 'till 7:30ish. Since then I haven't really slept much, despite my efforts, but I am feeling better. So hopefully I'll be able to go back tomorrow.
Sorry, I know that was a really long paragraph so if you read the whole thing, awesome. But I had to get the whole story out of me some how and typing was the easiest way because nobody wants to listen to me the whole time.
'Till next time!

EFY was....
...AMAZING!!! I had an awesome time. It was a stay-at-home session(come home to sleep) but because it was up in Logan I got to stay Cyndy's house with my friend Lindsey. Of course, we never went to bed earlier than 12:00am, and always woke up about 7:30. But we managed to still have a good time at EFY. The funny part is that we always came home hyper, which is why it took so long to go to bed. The teachers were awesome. They were all pretty funny but the best teacher was brother Bell. He used to play football at the same time he was a bishop. He stopped playing football and is now a stake president at 37. I thought that was kind of cool. He was an amazing teacher and always had funny stories.
I met lots of awesome people too. Below is a picture of a kid named Chase nicknamed 'Justin Bieber.' It was really quite funny because he thought I hated him, which I didn't, because he was very strange and annoying(like Justin Beiber) and I let him know it.
Anyway I think that's all unless I were to tell you all the funny stories I learned but that would take a LONG time and a long post which nobody would read.
Just one last thing. A shout out to the Weiss family, especially Will, for letting us stay at there house and eating there food and keeping them up until 12:00am.
Here are some random, somewhat-funny pictures if you want to look at them....
I was trying to take a nice picture, but the people behind
apparently didn't want it to be.
Uh...Evil?

Summer....Yay or Nay?
So to explain the title to this post I am hoping that with girls camp, EFY, Youth Conference, dances and random parties will even out all the work my Dad is having me do (now that he's retired) and the other cons of summer. Now that I think of it I think it probably will. Amazing what happens when you see what you are thinking.
EFY is at the end of the month and I am SO excited! This will be my second year and I'm doing it with a friend this year :)
AAand...there's a chance that we might get another exchange student! We weren't going to because they were supposed to come during girls camp(because she would spend most of her time with me) but they have different schedules for different people apparently.
I was GOING to upload pictures of some stuff I took but the computer or the internet is not uploading pictures correctly for some reason. :/ Oh well.
Thanks for reading!!

Excuses Excuses
I might as well start with Christmas. It was great! I got a camera. I love taking pictures of views an stuff. I also got a basketball, some dvd's and a few other things. We had a lot of fun over Christmas break too. Jason, Kristine, Jon and Rachel came down we had fun with them. We also went sledding which was good.
Well....Since everybody else decided they need to keep up with their blogs, I am falling behind. And I will probably stay behind. Because I suck at keeping this updated. :( But I do have an excuse! I'm busy with school. I know. What a classic excuse. But it's true! Since the new semester started for "Open High School of Utah" I still have a lot of things to do.
For geometry I still have to take the final. (Not my fault. We ordered it and it just hasn't come yet). And after I do that I have to take the second semester...or geometry 2....I don't know. I just know I have more math to do.
For English this semester we just finished "To Kill a Mockingbird." It was REALLY good. I enjoyed it.
I'm also taking Computer Technology and learning a few more things about the computer, but not too much. :)
For Earth Systems we're learning about the "Big Bang" and how it was possible. Pssh. Whatever. It's not too bad.
And guess what!! I'm a going to have another exchange student this summer! YAY!! I'm excited. And don't forget girl's camp and E.F.Y. This year for EFY I'm going to go with a friend. It should be fun!

My extra credit assignment
Hey! This is an assignment I did for extra credit in geography. I used http://glogsteredu.edu.glogster.com/ It's a really cool website that lets you put together a collage of pictures, information, videos and media! Here's the link to the one I made. http://sxkuaqm.edu.glogster.com/extra-credit-for-geo/
